Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Rig Operator to manage rig operations, supervise crew members, and ensure safe, reliable service at customer sites. The role requires hands-on experience with well servicing equipment, strong adherence to safety policies, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks on location.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, field ticketing, and mentoring crew while maintaining productivity standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; progress toward certifications is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to supervise crew.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced rig environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures on location.

Responsibilities

• Operate the rig safely during rig up/down and pulling operations.
• Supervise crewmembers and coordinate with customer representatives.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; document field tickets and maintenance requests.
• Stop work if conditions are unsafe and report concerns immediately.
