Job summary

North American Risk Services Inc. is seeking qualified Associate BI Claims Adjusters to support a Personal Lines Transportation team from a home-based setting.

Responsibilities include factual investigations, coverage analysis, and settlement negotiations, with opportunities to mentor others and travel for mediations as assigned. A Florida license or ability to obtain licensure is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 3+ years of claims adjusting experience or completion of NARS Trainee program.
• Must obtain Florida or other jurisdictional license as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain claim metrics and handle workload appropriate to complexity.
• Establish facts of loss, analyze coverage, investigate, and determine compensability/liability.
• Coordinate medical care, manage litigation, negotiate settlements, and oversee vendors.
