Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class rider-service to ensure sales and rider satisfaction.
• Engage with riders, ask questions, listen, and offer options and advice.
• Inspire riders to purchase and create a positive brand impression.
• Provide inclusive, ride-focused experiences for staff and riders alike.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep product areas clean and organized.
• Support store opening/closing routines and light janitorial duties.
