Job summary

Specialized Bicycle Components in Chicago is seeking a Supervisor to lead our on-floor store team, acting as host, mentor, and brand advocate to ensure exceptional rider service. You will locate products, coordinate with staff, and support sales goals while reinforcing the Specialized Retail Way.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, customer interaction with riders both in-store and remotely, and maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Bike shop experience preferred.
• One+ years in retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class rider-service that ensures ongoing sales and rider satisfaction.
• Connect with riders, ask questions, listen to needs, and offer options and advice.
• Inspire riders to purchase and create a lasting positive impression of Specialized.
• Provide inclusive, ride-focused experiences for staff and riders alike.
