The role requires bike shop experience, strong communication, and weekend availability, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll support visual merchandising and help meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bike shop experience preferred.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work weekends and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on the floor and mentor staff.
• Deliver rider-focused service and identify solutions quickly.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock as needed.
• Open and close store when manager is absent.
