Entertainment Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to manage amusement venue teams, oversee rides, attractions, games and equipment, and ensure guest safety and policy compliance.

The role focuses on coordinating maintenance, supervising staff, conducting inspections, training team members, and maintaining open communication with management to deliver a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience preferred in entertainment or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure safety compliance.
• Strong communication skills for managing guests, team members and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with Guests, Team Members and vendors.
• Coordinates preventative maintenance schedules on all assets.
• Oversees Team Members, ensuring policies, safety standards and daily operational standards are followed.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Oversees communication with management and department supervisors.
• Reviews applicants, hires part-time staff based on qualifications.
• Obtains licenses, permits and certificates where necessary.
• Follows instructions from upper management.
• Conducts regular inspections of rides, attractions, games and equipment.
• Performs necessary repairs to rides, attractions, games and equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Completes payroll reports and scheduling.
• Plans, assigns and directs work, appraising performance and addressing issues.
• Enforces policies relating to emergencies during operations.
• Assists with development and training of Team Members.
• Creates and posts notices regarding policy changes.
