Job summary

OWA is seeking a Ride Ops Supervisor to schedule, train, and evaluate ride operators, ensuring safe, smooth operations and high guest service. The role requires strong leadership, reliable communication, and dedicated focus on safety and compliance across all shift activities.

Responsibilities include supervising locations, coaching staff, handling emergencies, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring adherence to park policies while maintaining guest satisfaction and team reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate professionally at all times.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in service, hospitality, or retail.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work odd and irregular hours.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ride locations and ensure procedures and safety steps are followed.
• Train, schedule, coach, and discipline team members with feedback and documentation.
• Respond to and assist with emergency calls.
• Monitor ride areas and maintain situational awareness of operations.
• Provide clear safety guidance to guests and associates.
