Cedar Point is seeking a Supervisor of Ride Maintenance to lead a union crew in monitoring, maintaining, and repairing rides and attractions. The role includes supervising staff, scheduling, training, and coordinating maintenance projects across the park.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience and solid knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on tool usage and safety compliance being paramount.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience is expected.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics; able to use meters, gauges and common hand/power tools.

Aufgaben

• Assists in leading the assigned Union crew in monitoring, maintenance and repair of rides and attractions.
• Supervises subordinate crew with foreperson; handles training, scheduling, directing and evaluating work; maintains timekeeping within Cedar Point system.
• Reviews subordinate work; develops and maintains a trained, motivated staff; communicates expectations and enforces guidelines.
