NOVO Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Associate to monitor and manage scheduled and on-demand courier runs within the Richmond, Virginia area. You will coordinate transportation requests, use the Transportation Management System to track orders, and communicate with hospitals, couriers, and vendors to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatcher or logistics coordinator roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage scheduled and on-demand courier runs.
• Coordinate and dispatch transportation requests while meeting service requirements.
• Monitor the Transportation Management System (TMS) for orders, status changes and delays.
• Communicate with hospitals, facilities, couriers, and vendors to coordinate pickups/deliveries.
• Verify pickups and deliveries and update proof-of-delivery in the system.
• Provide delivery confirmations and documentation to hospitals and customers.
• Maintain dispatch records and end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
