NOVO Health Services is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage medical courier dispatch operations from our Richmond, VA office. You will monitor the Transportation Management System (TMS), coordinate with hospitals, couriers, and vendors, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries in a 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to handle multiple time-sensitive requests, and proficient with dispatch software and TMS.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced dispatch/ logistics role preferred.
• Proficient with TMS and dispatch software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests.

• Monitor and dispatch medical courier runs in a 24/7 operation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, couriers, and vendors to ensure on-time pickups/deliveries.
• Verify pickups/deliveries and maintain service records in the TMS.
• Communicate status updates and manage service exceptions with customers.
