You will prepare paperwork, monitor compliance with specifications, and support line staffing and training. Familiarity with meat processing and union guidelines is preferred.

• Supervise all hourly employees on the line.

• Prepare pre-operational paperwork and keep line clean.
• Staff line area to meet production needs.
• Handle employee paperwork for line staff.
• Attend daily supervisor meetings; contribute input.
• Lead monthly line run meetings with hourly staff.
• Provide follow-up training for line personnel.
• Administer discipline procedures from warnings to terminations.
