Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor at our Gibbon, NE plant. You will oversee crewing, supervise employee relations, and direct production to meet efficiency and safety targets.

You will ensure compliance with food safety standards, train staff on GMPs, HACCP, and SQF, and maintain production reports and schedules. Strong communication, math aptitude, and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong math aptitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to work in varied temperatures and around moving equipment with PPE.
• Ability to work extended hours Monday–Saturday with overtime as production needs dictate.

Mansioni

• Maintain adequate crewing to meet production requirements.
• Supervise employee relations (absenteeism, behavior, injuries, hires & terminations).
• Direct production to maintain/improve operating efficiency.
• Be familiar with production reports and daily schedules.
• Ensure all products meet customer specs and food safety standards.
• Train and enforce GMPs; monitor downtime and seek reductions.
• Provide job performance feedback and coaching; support employee development.
• Promote safety and quality, lead by example, and maintain professional conduct.
