Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor in Gibbon, Nebraska. The role oversees production staffing, safety training, and adherence to quality standards to ensure efficient operations.

You will monitor production schedules, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with SQF, GMP, and HACCP guidelines. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Strong math aptitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and heights with PPE.
• Willing to work extended hours Monday through Saturday with overtime.

Responsabilités

• Maintain adequate crewing to meet production requirements.
• Supervise and monitor employee relations (absenteeism, behavior, injuries, hires & terminations).
• Direct production to maintain and/or improve operating efficiency.
• Be familiar with production reports and daily production schedules.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and food safety standards.
• Train and enforce GMPs.
• Monitor downtime and seek ways to reduce downtime.
