Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate development or business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and screening of M&A opportunities.
• Evaluate prospective RIAs through due diligence.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Represent Bridgeport at industry events to develop acquisition pipelines.
• Maintain CRM records of acquisitions and leads.
