SEI Investments Management Corporation, part of SEI's Wealth and Advisor business, seeks a Business Development Director to lead client acquisition, onboarding, and activation for the RIA channel. You will manage territory growth, cultivate advisor relationships, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service organizations.

The role requires deep RIA market knowledge, multi-channel sales experience, and the ability to influence decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services client sales and service support in the RIA channel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• MBA/CFP preferred; NASAA Series 65 or 66 license, or ability to acquire within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development and territory management for predominantly SEC-registered RIA firms.
• Coordinate with Account Executive to drive territory strategy and growth.
• Lead and mentor junior sales professionals.
• Deliver SEI ecosystem across custody, technology and investment management.
• Analyze market data to optimize client and territory growth and share of wallet.
• Influence development and acquisition of advisor-client relationships at all buying stages.
• Engage clients via in-person, online, and virtual meetings to drive sales.
• Educate and persuade clients on SEI solutions across custody, technology, and asset management.
