MassTech seeks a detail-oriented Grants Program Manager to oversee grant and database management for Rural Health Transformation programs. You will coordinate contract approvals, invoicing, and reporting with MeHI, MassTech, EOHHS, and Deloitte, ensuring compliance and timely milestones.

The role requires collaboration across multiple teams, strong communication, and the ability to travel between office locations in Westborough and Boston. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of program and/or project management experience.
• Two years' experience with state and/or federal grant management.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage grant drafting, approvals, and invoicing across RHTP programs.
• Track and analyze reports from grantees; coordinate with MassTech and EOHHS teams.
• Maintain program documentation in MassTech databases (iCerits, AirTable).
• Provide data extraction and reporting support for CMS/EOHHS requirements.
