Job summary

MassTech seeks a detail-oriented Grants Program Manager to support Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) initiatives. You will manage grant contracts, invoicing, and reporting, coordinating with MeHI, EOHHs, Deloitte, and CMS to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining program documentation in MassTech databases, extracting and analyzing data for reporting, and collaborating with program leads to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of program and/or project management experience.
• Minimum two years' experience with state and/or federal grant management.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grant Management: draft, track, and store contract approvals; manage invoicing and reporting for RHTP programs.
• Database Management: maintain program docs in MassTech databases (iCerits, AirTable); interface with EOHHs and CMS.
• Data extraction and reporting to meet RHTP requirements; collaborate with MeHI program leads.
