Job summary

MassTech seeks a SHINE-HT Senior Program Manager to lead implementation of health tech at Federally Qualified Health Centers across Massachusetts. You will manage stakeholder relations with FQHCs and implementation partners, oversee procurement, and coordinate with MeHI and MassTech leadership to scale the program.

The role requires at least five years in program management, experience with federal grants, and the ability to travel within the state.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of program and/or project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven knowledge of community health centers’ missions, goals, and needs.
• Experience managing or working on federal grants.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with eligible grant applicants (FQHCs) and Implementation Partners.
• Coordinate with Mass. League of Community Health Centers and EOHHS for SHINE-HT alignment.
• Lead piloting and rollout of health tech at MA FQHCs under SHINE-HT.
• Oversee vendor/procurement decisions for FQHC pilots.
• Manage Implementation Partners to support rollouts.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on procurement and invoicing policies.
• Track KPIs and reporting for SHINE-HT program.
