Job summary

Massachusetts Technology Collaborative is seeking a SHINE-HT Senior Program Manager to lead engagement with FQHCs and Implementation Partners across Massachusetts. The role drives procurement, pilot deployments, and scalable adoption of health tech to improve care delivery in the Commonwealth.

You will oversee grant management, partner coordination, and reporting while collaborating with the Director, Digital Health Innovation to ensure alignment with state goals and RHTP requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of program or project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven knowledge of community health centers’ missions, goals and needs.
• Experience managing federal grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with eligible grant applicants, FQHCs, and Implementation Partners to align with SHINE-HT needs.
• Oversee procurement, pre-qualification and management of Implementation Partners and FQHC pilots.
• Design and execute incentive and consulting services grants to scale SHINE-HT implementations.
• Catalog and ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
