argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across Dallas, Richardson and Garland markets. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies to improve patient access and outcomes while achieving sales objectives.

This role requires 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales with Rheumatology experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective achievement
• Experience planning and executing territory strategies
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Adapts in a rapidly evolving environment
• Product launch experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders
• Develop and execute territory/account plans
• Demonstrate innovation to improve engagement and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Use data and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges
• Listen to customers, patients, and colleagues to improve the patient journey
