Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
• Active Vermont medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat rheumatic, autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams; assess disease activity and treatment response.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and bone health assessments to guide care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including DMARDs and biologics.
• Perform routine rheumatology procedures and injectables as indicated.
• Educate patients and families; ensure EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with PCPs, specialists, and nursing staff for coordinated care.
• Participate in protocol development and departmental activities.
