Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist to join an established clinical team in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers a full-time, on-site practice in outpatient specialty clinic with inpatient consultation support, featuring a patient-centered approach and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.
You will manage pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment plans, perform routine rheumatology procedures, and collaborate with primary care and specialty
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship completed.
- Active Vermont license or eligible before start date.
- Board certification or active board eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology; DEA registration.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat complex rheumatic, autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Take comprehensive histories and perform physical exams with assessment of disease activity and functional status.
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and bone health assessments to guide care.
