Job summary

AndHealth LLC is seeking a board-certified Rheumatologist to join our growing specialty care team in Ohio. You’ll manage a patient panel, conduct complex evaluations, and lead care with APPs and pharmacists, blending virtual and in-person visits.

This role emphasizes early access for new patients, longitudinal disease management, and collaboration across CHC partners. Compensation is base salary plus incentive tied to panel performance, patient experience, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school required.
• Board certification in Rheumatology required.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain.
• Completion of ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
• DEA and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and specialist consultations for complex rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
• Diagnose, treat and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions in virtual and in-person care.
• Provide oversight of escalated clinical cases from APPs and care team partners.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating medical therapy and lifestyle interventions.
• Educate patients on disease processes and long-term management strategies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and care planning.
