Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Rheumatologist in Indianapolis to deliver high-quality care for complex musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions. You’ll own a patient panel with a mix of new evaluations and longitudinal management, supported by a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid care model combining virtual and in-person sessions.

You will practice with APPs, Clinical Pharmacists, RNs, Patient Navigators and Health Coaches, focusing on access, outcomes, and coordinated care across community partners.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in rheumatology.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain.
• DEA and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with chronic rheumatology and autoimmune conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and specialist consultations for rheumatologic conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions across virtual and in-person care.
• Oversee escalated cases and provide clinical guidance to APPs and care teams.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease processes.
