Job summary

Anton Paar USA is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to drive rheology sales across Central and Northern California. You will report to the West Region Sales Director in Torrance, CA, with a preferred near-Sacramento location.

The role includes a base salary range of $98,800 to $111,800 per year, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position involves traveling 50–60% for customer meetings, demos, and installations, with bonus contributions to a 401(k) and a $10,000

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, preferably in analytical instruments.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Rheology is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a natural sciences or engineering field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new accounts and manage existing ones.
• Present to audiences including C-suite executives, managers, and technicians.
• Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business.
• Travel up to 50-60% for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
