Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, economics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in CPG, retail, analytics, finance, or consulting with data insights.
• Ability to link data to revenue, volume, profit, and trade performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across multiple data sources.
• Excellent collaboration across multifunctional teams.
• Strong narrative and presentation skills to simplify analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights for retail strategy decisions for in-year and multi-year planning.
• Analyze consumer, shopper, retail, and financial data to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Model pricing and promotions to project outcomes.
• Partner with Customer, Bottler, RGM Multiyear, and OBPPC teams to align plans.
• Translate findings into stories guiding RGM decisions.
• Build analytical frameworks and toolkits for long-term strategy.
