Job summary

Lindt USA in Stratham, New Hampshire, is seeking an Operations Finance Intern to transform data into meaningful business insights. The role offers exposure to financial planning, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on developing analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interns will work onsite four to five days per week, paired with a mentor and participate in career development workshops and networking events to grow in the premium chocolate industry.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own or contribute to a key Operations Finance project from initial research and analysis through recommendations.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support project objectives.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Develop Excel-based analyses, reports, dashboards, or other tools to answer business questions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.
