Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst, Customer Planning, to drive sales forecasting and customer planning for major accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to optimize promotions and improve TPM accuracy.

You will own the monthly forecasting for top customers, develop KPI dashboards, and contribute to cross-functional RGM initiatives, spending three days per week in the Stratham, NH or Mason, OH offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer planning and promotion optimization, including base volume planning and promotion lift.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer strategies and execute optimized promotions.
• Provide training to Sales teams on promotional planning and impact evaluation.
• Develop data assets and KPIs for top customers for ongoing analysis.
• Create and manage customer dashboards for POS and KPI reporting.
• Forecast monthly sales for Lindt's largest customers and provide 18-month rolling forecasts.
• Represent Sales inputs in cross-functional planning with Finance, Trade and Planning teams.
