Job summary

VetPowered, LLC, a San Diego-based manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Administrator to coordinate RFQs, purchasing, and BOM activities within JobBOSS workflows. You will maintain audit-ready records and ensuring information moves efficiently between Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Accounting, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating RFQs, purchasing, BOMs, and supplier communications is valued.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and track status across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and track RFQ packages with required drawings, specs, quantities, due dates, and customer docs.
• Route RFQs to leadership and technical staff for review, estimating, and approval.
• Collect supplier pricing and lead-time information for approved material requirements.
• Track outstanding RFQ inputs and deadlines and follow up as needed.
• Assemble pricing and supplier information into complete quote packages for review.
• Maintain organized RFQ records including quotations and revisions.
• Communicate RFQ status and risks to leadership and team members.
