Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, manufacturing, engineering technology, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Manufacturing, machining, foundry, or industrial experience preferred.
• Previous experience in estimating support, purchasing, project coordination, customer service, or inside sales is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• RFQ Management: Receive, review, organize, and prioritize incoming RFQs.
• Supplier and Material Coordination: Review drawings and solicit supplier quotes.
• Estimating Support: Assemble quote packages and coordinate costs with teams.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track quoting performance and prepare management reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve quoting efficiency and ERP workflows.
