Qualifications

• Experience coordinating RFQ responses or bids, especially quick-turnaround requests.
• Defense or government contracting awareness is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and management.

Responsibilities

• Quote Generation & Management: handle inbound quotes, prepare responses and pricing summaries for straightforward requests.
• CRM Management: maintain CRM data, track opportunities, and route leads.
• Outbound Engagement: support follow-up on inbound leads and surface customer needs.”
• Compliance & Contract Support: assist with export controls and document sign-off processes.
