Job summary

The Proposal Coordinator is based at Tarsco Bolted Tank in Goodman, MO, and coordinates customer RFQs from receipt to final proposal delivery. You review specifications, drawings, and bid documents to define scope, identify risks, and manage RFQ data in the quote system while supporting estimating and quality reviews.

You will act as the central hub between Sales, Estimating, Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations and Quality to ensure accurate, competitive proposals and timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in estimating support, proposal coordination, project coordination, or related roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and bid documents to extract scope.
• Input RFQ data into the quoting system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Scheduling, and Engineering teams.
• Identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and schedule constraints.
• Prepare final proposal packages for regional sales manager or customer.
• Maintain organized project documents and bid review processes.
• Support templates, checklists, and risk review processes.
