Job summary

PflugER Architects in Dallas, Texas seeks a Proposal Specialist to drive strategic proposal development for RFQs, interviews, and client materials. You will lead with clarity, align with brand messaging, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win new work.

The role requires five years’ experience in proposals, strong editing and storytelling skills, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign and CRM systems. Local office presence is required three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years writing proposals or working in proposal development.
• Experience leading RFQ development and coordinating cross‑team submissions.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data management.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the creation of RFQs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and high-quality visuals.
• Support interview preparation and strategy for business development teams.
• Champion data entry and maintenance of the CRM system to support BD initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all proposal materials and boilerplate content.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive content tailored to client priorities.
• Collaborate on marketing publications when proposal content intersects with broader messaging.
