Job summary

AEC industry experience and strong writing/editing skills are essential, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, marketing, or pursuits within an architecture/AEC firm.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different teams.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP responses and qualifications packages.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and qualifications packages from kickoff through final submission
• Create polished, visually compelling proposals using Adobe InDesign
• Work closely with architects, project managers, marketing professionals, and firm leadership
• Customize project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, and other pursuit content
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Assist with interview presentations, pursuit materials, and business development collateral
• Maintain proposal templates, project information, resumes, and marketing materials
• Ensure submissions are accurate, consistent, on-brand, and responsive to client requirements
