Job summary

ALA is seeking a procurement and sales specialist in Fort Worth, TX to manage RFQs, verify stock, and prepare offers based on best supply sources and lead times. You will monitor KPIs through BI tools, develop initiatives to create new business opportunities, and support customer service as needed.

The role involves negotiating with suppliers, identifying quotes, and maintaining relationships with customers to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate.
• A Degree in Economics would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ requests by analyzing requirements and stock availability.
• Prepare customer offers based on best supply source, certification, price and lead time.
• Follow up RFQs via emails, calls, video conferences and visits.
• Monitor daily targets/KPIs (Sales, Margin, Bookings, OTIF, Order Book) using BI tools.
• Research potential customers through market dynamics and evaluate business models.
• Identify supplier quotes and support other departments as needed.
