Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a remote Quotations Coordinator to manage quotation processes for fabrication projects. You will enter fabrication lists, coordinate with design tools, and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure accurate follow-up data.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent work, and collaboration with internal teams while supporting multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with quotations or inside sales preferred.
• Prior success as a remote professional.
• Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality output.
• Self-motivated, a great teammate, and goal oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a highly deadline driven environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proficient with ten key entry.

Responsibilities

• Review fabrication lists and specifications to ensure quoted material aligns with project and branch requirements.
• Utilize multiple design program applications to enter fabrication lists.
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details.
