Silversmith Capital Partners is seeking a Sales Enablement & RFP Specialist on the US East Coast to own end-to-end RFP responses and build enablement resources for our global Sales Engineering team. You will help prospects understand our Loyalty and Promotion platform and position it as a high-value enterprise solution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Ability to translate technical product details into clear customer copy.
• Experience managing multiple RFPs across industries under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses.
• Transform standard requirements into value narratives for enterprise deals.
• Support RFP responses across AMER, EMEA, APAC during peak volumes.
• Leverage internal tools and AI to speed and ensure accuracy before review.
• Build and maintain enablement resources and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and Product Marketing.
