Job summary

Sysmex Corporation in Lincolnshire, Illinois seeks a dedicated RFP Specialist to manage timely responses to RFIs and RFPs. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, QA, Legal, Regulatory and others to assemble compliant, compelling proposals.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, 2 years’ RFP experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with RFP automation software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• Two years of RFP experience preferred/required.
• Experience with government solicitations is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals in response to RFIs and RFPs, using RFP automation software.
• Collaborate with sales/account management to reflect customer priorities.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Operations, QA, Regulatory, Legal, Security, and Technical Service.
• Integrate information from multiple sources into cohesive client messaging.
• Maintain the RFP database content integrity.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.
