Trimark Associates, Inc. in California seeks a Sales Specialist to manage the proposal process for RFPs, coordinating with Project Management and Engineering to determine scope and pricing. The role is senior in responsibilities and requires close collaboration with the business development team.

You will create templates, write proposals, track deadlines, and maintain pricing data in Excel, Salesforce, and Deltek, while supporting marketing and PR efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a technical field plus 2+ years in proposals.
• Experience with SCADA or utility-scale renewables sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing skills and template creation proficiency.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity tools.
• Ability to meet tight and changing deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible benefits.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update proposal templates.
• Write proposals based on pricing, diagrams, and RFP scope.
• Track status of proposals and meet deadlines.
• Organize proposal folders and related documents.
• Track proposal pricing in Excel for comparisons.
• Maintain and update proposal database in Salesforce/Deltek.
• Assist in marketing, social media, and PR efforts.
