Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex, time-sensitive RFPs or proposals, preferably in education or meal services.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the RFP process from initial review through final submission, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
• Review each RFP to identify unique requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, and required documents.
• Establish proposal timelines with deadlines for input, draft, review, and submission.
• Use spreadsheets and tools to track requirements, deadlines, and materials.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop proposal strategies that communicate strengths.
• Research issuing organizations and tailor content to address needs and priorities.
• Gather information for school meal service proposals and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal contributors to collect responses and resolve gaps.
