WTW is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support RFP responses, presentation pitches, and competitive deliverables. You will partner with the RFP Team Leader and RFP Operations Leader on strategic and operational projects, engaging client managers, subject matter experts, brokers, and internal teams across growth operations, marketing, compliance, and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Business, Finance, Liberal Arts, Sociology, Law, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, work independently, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the proposal development process and timelines, including kick-off meetings, content planning, role assignments, outlines, proofreading and rehearsal prep.
• Support the creation of strategic and competitive RFPs and pitches aligned to client needs and industry demands.
• Edit executive summaries and other copy for pitches and proposals as directed by the Project Manager or leadership.
• Help develop new material based on Willis’ initiatives and client requests.
• Proof final drafts of RFPs/pitches and bios to ensure Willis guidelines are met.
• Provide company and industry research to aid content strategy and customization.
• Assist in responding to requests from Compliance, Technology, Supplier Diversity, and other teams.
• Maintain content repositories and leverage templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives led by the EDGE team.
