Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator – Sales Engagement & RFP to provide project coordination and operational support to the Sr. Project Manager and Sales Engagement + RFP team.

You will help ensure timely and accurate management of client-driven RFP opportunities from identification through award and transition to contracting and sales teams. The role monitors RFP signals, routes inquiries, maintains records across brands, and supports follow-up activities to keep processes moving

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in project management, operations, sales support, communications, or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to editing and proofreading.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFP opportunities and monitor signals in bid management tools.
• Route inquiries and opportunities to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain access to online RFP portals and ensure information is current.
• Track follow-up on RFP awards and document results in project management/CRM systems.
• Support transition of awarded RFPs with Contracts team and ensure proper documentation.
