Ares Management Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Business Operations / Content Operations Analyst to join the Global Client Solutions, RFP Operations team. You will manage content, streamline workflows, and support information infrastructure for client requests and fundraising activities.

The role emphasizes process improvement, CMS administration, and collaboration across stakeholders while leveraging AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or international equivalent preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in business operations, content management, fundraising support, or investor services.
• Experience with content management systems, proposal platforms, Salesforce, SharePoint or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity for how systems and processes work.

Responsibilities

• Support core RFP Operations workflows ensuring content and materials are accurate and accessible.
• Maintain client-facing biographical content, exhibits, and firm statistics in the CMS.
• Test and QA CMS updates, permissions, templates, and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate information requests and governance across stakeholders and teams.
• Document processes and training materials to support scalable operations.
