Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a skilled Business Operations / Content Operations Analyst to join the Global Client Solutions team. This role supports content, processes, and information infrastructure for client requests, fundraising materials, and operational workflows across the firm.

The ideal candidate will manage CMS content, improve processes, and leverage AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and scalability while collaborating with stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or international equivalent preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, content management, fundraising support, or related functions.
• Experience with CMS, proposal management platforms, Salesforce, or SharePoint preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of core RFP Operations workflows, ensuring firm information, content, and supporting materials remain accurate, organized, and accessible.
• Maintain and update client-facing biographical content, exhibits, firm statistics, templates, and related materials within the firm's CMS.
• Perform CMS administration, including content updates, user support, permissions, templates, testing and QA.
• Coordinate recurring RFP Operations processes, content reviews, reporting, and content governance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with RFP Writers, Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Compliance, HR Operations, and other stakeholders.
