Job summary

Clearsite Industrial is seeking a Field Services Account Manager based in Allentown, PA to drive growth and maintain client relationships in environmental services. You will lead business development, manage accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver safe, compliant service.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, leveraging CRM to track opportunities, negotiating terms, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with account management and business development.
• Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management roles.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
• Background resolving customer issues related to environmental services or remediation.
• Experience using software to track and manage accounts and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and procedures.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in Field Services.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and local branches to maximize revenue.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets and monitor sales activities.
• Track opportunities and accounts using CRM; cross-sell services as needed.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
• Serve as primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts.
• Assist with collection of invoiced revenue from customers.
• Address obstacles promptly and resolve issues while maintaining relationships.
