Job summary

Bristol Mountain is seeking front-line staff to assist guests with lift access and ticket validation using RFID technology and related software. You will verify tickets and season passes and work indoors, with occasional outdoor duties, while presenting a professional image at all times.

This position requires being 18 years of age or older, quick problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Understanding of product offerings and lift access.
• Appropriate footwear and clothing for all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID ticket technology and additional software.
• Research access patterns for historical usage and inconsistencies.
• Work with Guest Services Supervisor along with Ticket Scanners.
• Workstation indoors but may require outdoor work periodically.
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
