Job summary

AWT Labels & Packaging in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an operator for our RFID converting line. The role involves operating an RFID converting machine, ensuring quality and accuracy, and supporting production travelers.

You will inspect rolls, maintain a clean work area, collaborate with peers and management, and adapt to varying production demands on the SMT schedule. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful; safety and reliability are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potential hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.
• Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
