Job summary

AWT is seeking an RF IRD converting operator at our Garner, NC facility. The role runs Sunday to Tuesday, 5 pm to 5 am, with non-exempt full-time status. You will operate the RFID converting line, document production travelers, and maintain clean, safe work areas to prevent hazards.

The schedule for this position is Sunday - Tuesday, 5 pm - 5 am.

Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.

Required Job Duties

• Operate RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potentially hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.
• Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
