Job summary

AWT is seeking a dedicated RFID Converting operator at 343 Technology Drive, Garner, NC. The schedule is Monday - Wednesday, 5 am - 5 pm, with additional days as production requires. Base pay is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour; non-exempt full-time position.

You will operate RFID converting machinery, complete production travelers, inspect rolls for defects, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read job orders and perform basic math.
• Produce accurate results with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

The schedule for this position is Monday - Wednesday, 5 am - 5 pm.

Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.

Required Job Duties

• Operate RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potentially hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.
• Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
