AWT Labels & Packaging is seeking an RFID Converting Operator for our Garner, NC location. The role supports production on a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6 am to 4 pm, with additional hours as production requires.

In this position you will operate the RFID converting machine, complete production travelers, maintain a clean workspace, and exercise attention to detail and critical thinking to ensure quality results. High school diploma or GED is required.

Position Location and Schedule

AWT has the following position located at 343 Technology Drive, Unit 2106, Garner, NC 27529

The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 4 pm.

Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.

Required Job Duties

• Operate RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potentially hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.
• Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
